Visit the Village Hall to pick up a building permit application
Fill
out the form (check zoning for compliance)
Footings
before pouring concrete
Framing
before enclosing
Plumbing
before enclosing
Insulation

Final Inspection

R-1: Residential 1- Generally all side streets with primarily single family homes
R-2:
Residential 2 - Generally Lake, Main, Harper streets and some side
streets with
multi-family housing.
VC:
Village
Center - Generally Main and Harper streets with business, commercial,
and
multi-family applications.
GC:
Gateway
Commercial – East and West ends of Route 23 with highway
oriented commercial
enterprise.

Industrial
– Area bounded by South, Railroad Avenue, and Hobart Road
with manufacturing related
industry.
