The State has provided additional guidance for businesses eligible to reopen as part of Phase One.  That information is located at: https://forward.ny.gov/industries-reopening-phase

·         Businesses will be required to submit an affirmation that they have read the master guidance documents relative to their industry classification.  The link to this is contained at the end of the master guidance document.

·         Businesses are also required to complete a Safety Plan.  A template for the plan is provided.  Businesses need to keep a copy of their plan on file – they do not need to submit it.

·         Both of these need to be completed prior to opening.

·         Essential businesses that have remained in operation will be required to also complete an affirmation.  That portal will be coming soon.
