DPW will be flushing hydrant, water mains this Thursday and Friday nights May 14th & 15th from 9PM – 5AM. Please pass the message along to all.
It starts at water tank down Academy Street to Main Street to River Street. All Flushing is west of Academy Street on the first night. Also good to pass along to any one you know that has not used their building in the last 2 months. They should flush out the standing water that is in their plumbing. Let cold water run first, to bring fresh water in from mains, then through the whole house or building. There is nothing wrong with water, just has been sitting there for a while. Joe Hornbeck
