To All Village of Stamford Residents:

There are 2 very important changes to bring to your attention regarding water/sewer services:

~A special project fee will be added to all sewer units in the amount of $13.19 each quarter for the next fiscal year, which runs from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024.  This amount will directly subsidize necessary expenditures at our sewer treatment facility. 

~Beginning June 1, 2023 all water/sewer bills will be billed to property owners/landlords only, as per the new policy adopted by the Village of Stamford Board of Trustees.  To view our complete revised water/sewer policy please visit our website at www.stamfordny.com under the Community tab.
