Funds distribution

The Village of Stamford is seeking proposals from area 501c-3 not for profits to equitably distribute funds collected for the fire victims of the December 1st fire in nthe Village of Stamford. Applications must be submitted by Friday December 15th at 12:00pm, selection will be made by 5:00pm. Funds will be delivered for dispursement on December 18th for immediate dispursement to the victims. 

Proposals must include any suggested administration fee and verifiable accounting practices. The successful proposer shal be required to execute a contract with the Village for the services described herein and may be required to report to the Board of Trustes at the discretion of the Board.
